About The Role


We’re seeking a Sales Enablement Senior Specialist to join our team and play a crucial role in enhancing the effectiveness of our sales organization. In this role, you will help equip the Matillion sales team with the tools, resources, and training they need to effectively sell our products and services, enhancing sales performance and productivity within the organization.


This role involves creating training programs, playbooks, and educational content to ensure sales representatives are well-equipped to engage with prospects and customers effectively. You will also assist in onboarding new hires in the Go To Market organization.


Additionally, you will create and maintain a repository of enablement content and resources within the enablement content management and learning module system. You will also assist in scheduling, administering, and coordinating sales enablement training and programs.

What you will be doing;

  • Partners with the Sales Enablement Senior Director and broader Go To Market team to deliver outcomes that support company objectives consistent with Winning New Logos and Delighting our Customers.
  • Develop and implement training, programs, and curricula for the sales organization.
  • Create sales success stories, case studies, sales guides, and product collateral.
  • Design cross-solution templates for standardized presentations.
  • Coordinate in-person and virtual training sessions, activities, and meetings.
  • Manage the sales enablement content repository and learning module system to ensure accessibility.
  • Other duties as assigned.

What we are looking for;

  • 3+ years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Sales support in a SaaS company
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking ability
  • Good working knowledge of Google suite
  • Plans & organizes own workload
  • Good administrative experience, attention to detail, ensures accuracy of data, provides data for reporting and processing of information
  • Excellent Interpersonal, literacy, and numeracy skills and ability to build relationships at all levels
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proficiency in e-Learning tools, development, and implementation
  • Experience building sales tools, playbooks, training, and certification programs
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and internationally
  • Experience in a sales or sales support role preferred
  • Creative and strategic problem-solving skills

At Matillion, we are committed to providing competitive salaries in line with market standards. Our estimated compensation range for this position is $72,000 - 108,000, but the final salary will be based on your relevant skills, experience and qualifications demonstrated in the hiring process.
