About the Role
LexisNexis Risk Solutions is looking for an experienced Sales Enablement Program Manager to develop and drive our Healthcare training programs. This role is responsible for onboarding and everboarding training efforts across Sales and Sales Operations. The ideal candidate is passionate about training and curriculum development that accelerates the growth of Client Engagement new hires and creates impactful ongoing learning experiences.
Responsibilities
Lead the design, delivery, measurement, and continuous improvement of the existing onboarding program to provide an exceptional employee experience and accelerate ramp time.
Deliver onboarding and everboarding programs in person and virtually, as needed.
Manage a blended learning model that includes classroom instruction, webinars, self-paced learning, and event-based training, using conventional and emerging technologies such as microlearning.
Deliver and facilitate training content, coordinate the development and delivery of sessions, and document and communicate internal process changes.
Develop coaching content for managers to use with new hires throughout the ramp period and help foster a culture of peer-to-peer and manager coaching.
Partner with the platform team to support content governance and ensure materials remain relevant and current.
Establish key performance indicators to measure program effectiveness and recommend improvements as needed.
Monitor new-hire and new-to-role progress and provide regular status updates to key stakeholders in Sales Enablement and Sales Management.
Develop, contribute to, and maintain sales enablement resources and materials, including learning paths, certification programs, sales playbooks, and a content library.
Support the planning and implementation of internal learning events as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
3 or more years of experience in sales enablement and/or program management.
Healthcare experience is required; experience in Sales Enablement, Sales, or Sales Operations is strongly preferred.
Proven success creating and delivering training for a sales organization, with measurable results in fast-paced environments.
Ability to translate and communicate complex concepts into effective curricula, with a strong understanding of how sales professionals think, operate, and learn.
Experience developing training guides and/or modules for broad audiences, including presentations, interactive sales exercises, and other sales training content.
Excellent presentation, facilitation, oral and written communication, prioritization, and organizational skills.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, changing environment.
Collaborative working style and experience partnering across multiple teams to drive innovation and execution.
