Job Summary
The Sales Enablement Manager will lead the Sales Operations function, aligning Sales Enablement Specialist’s with Sales to create one consistent, data-driven system across all regions. This role owns pipeline accuracy, reporting, process optimization, and enablement programs, allowing Regional Sales Managers (RSMs) to focus on coaching, selling, and driving growth. This position builds the system, owns the data, and runs the engine that keeps the sales organization moving. Sales Enablement and this management role allow sellers to focus their time on viable, strategic opportunities.
The Sales Enablement Manager will be responsible for tech stack ownership relating to sales. This will include but is not limited to ARM, Hubspot, ZoomInfo, etc.
Location: Any UFP Packaging plant in the Southeast region preferred.
Key Responsibilities
CRM & Data Management
- Own Hubspot and Zoominfo – configuration, permissions, reporting, and optimization.
- Standardize CRM usage and enforce data integrity across all sales regions
- Maintain accurate contact, company, and deal records, ensure consistent reporting structure and field standards
- Manage integration of new contacts and campaign data from ZoomInfo and corporate marketing initiatives
Reporting and Forecasting
- Build and maintain dashboards on deal activity, pipeline health, and campaign ROI
- Lead monthly reporting, ensuring visibility for RSMs and sales leadership
- Identify and communicate trends, risks, and opportunities in the sales pipeline
- Translate data into actionable insights that drive accountability and smarter decisions
Process & System Optimization
- Design and document standard workflows for lead management, campaign execution, and sales readiness
- Turn regional Sales Enablement tasks (sales blitz prep, contact pulls, and campaign reporting) into a defined, repeatable Sales Operation process.
- Implement automation and process improvement that reduce administrative load for RSM’s and Account Managers
- Partner with IT and Marketing to maintain clean system integrations and data flow
- Automate processes to lead to lower headcount production
Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Partner with RSM’s to prioritize support, reinforce sales discipline, and strengthen forecasting accuracy
- Collaborate cross functionally with marketing and finance to ensure data alignment and consistency
- Complete special projects as needed and perform other duties as required
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in sales operations, business analytics, or marketing operations
- Proven experience managing CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and building sales reports and dashboards
- Strong Excel, data visualization, and analytical skills
- Ability to streamline processes and drive adoption of standardized tools and workflows
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with senior leadership
