Your mission:
Scaling Global Sales Enablement Programs: Content, Insights & Change Readiness
Reporting to the Manager of Sales Enablement, you will support the design, execution, and future-proofing of SOPHiA GENETICS' global Consultative Sales Program - creating enablement content, analyzing adoption data, and conducting stakeholder interviews that directly shape how our commercial team sells.
You will be involved in:
- Collecting, drafting, and refining sales field insights in partnership with regional sales teams - equipping 70+ sellers with proven narratives that strengthen customer conversations and accelerate deal cycles
- Creating AI prompt guides for discovery, deal strategy, and coaching - scaling consistent, high-quality selling behaviors across teams and reducing preparation time for customer-facing interactions
- Monitoring and analyzing LMS data (completion rates, engagement trends, certifications) to surface adoption gaps - enabling leadership to make data-driven decisions on where to invest reinforcement resources
- Conducting structured interviews with sales leaders, sellers, and subject-matter experts to identify barriers and enablers to program adoption - improving how enablement supports frontline teams in delivering value to customers
- Synthesizing all findings into a consolidated "future roadblocks & recommendations" summary - providing the strategic foundation for scaling the program across regions and ensuring long-term impact on sales effectiveness and customer outcomes
What you will learn:
- How consultative sales methodologies are designed, deployed, and reinforced at scale in a global healthcare SaaS company
- How enablement programs drive behavior change beyond training delivery - including adoption tracking and change management
- Practical skills in qualitative interviews, data analysis, and insight synthesis used by commercial teams
- How AI and data can be applied practically in enterprise selling and sales enablement contexts
Requirements
- Strong written communication, a curious mind and content development skills
- Comfort working with quantitative and qualitative data - basic analysis of training metrics, engagement dashboards, or similar insights from programs
- Familiarity with productivity tools and platforms (PowerPoint, Excel, Claude, Microsoft Copilot) and an interest in optimizing AI platforms (experience not required, interest encouraged)
