Description

Reports to CSO are located in Scotts Valley, San Francisco, California, Minneapolis, Minnesota, or Austin, Texas. This role is focused on high-velocity sales cycles to drive new mid-market customer acquisition. 

You will manage, develop, and coach a team of approximately 4-8 Account executives. This leader will own the Emerging Markets including Microsoft Business Central, Acumatica and Paystand X. The ideal candidate will provide day-to-day coaching & professional development, including team meetings, weekly 1:1 meetings, and call coaching sessions to ensure the sales team is meeting daily/weekly/monthly and quarterly pipeline and closing goals. This role will require cross-functional work with Product, Marketing and Channels to build and develop new ecosystems and product offerings within these marketplaces. 

The ideal candidate will have enterprise sales experience in areas such as B2B SaaS, FinTech, ERP applications, Financial Software, Payments, and/or integration. We want someone who understands the Microsoft and Acumatica ecosystems and has a proven track record of selling within those ecosystems.

This is a fast-paced, strategic role which requires excellent business acumen, creativity, and technical aptitude to grow the Paystand customer base. 


Responsibilities:

  • Drive revenue and market share for Paystand
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets
  • Continuously develop personal leadership, hiring, and training skills while ensuring the team is using  effective sales tactics to meet revenue objectives.
  • Develop and execute against targeted sales plan & strategy
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline
  • Manage contract negotiations along with the core sales organization


Requirements and qualifications:

  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
  • Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services.
  • Knowledge of how to develop client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills and be a real team player
  • Ability to work in a very fast paced environment
  • Experience with Microsoft Business Central and Acumatica
  • Understand cross functional work with product and channels and proven success in building new ecosystems
  • 5+ years of technology related sales or business development experience in mid market high velocity SaaS
  • Minimum of 2 years in Sales Leadership roles.
  • BA/BS degree required
