The role requires strong product execution, technical fluency, systems thinking, and experience with fintech or B2B SaaS platforms.

Own and grow strategic partnerships with vertical-specific ISVs and VARs. Serve as the primary partner liaison, align joint value propositions and product roadmaps, execute go-to-market strategies, enable co-selling, coordinate marketing and sales initiatives, and drive partner-generated leads and revenue. Represent Paystand at partner events and forums while managing relationship performance and strategic planning.

The Payments Lead manages Yaydoo's payment operations, driving growth and improving performance through collaboration and cross-functional execution while preparing for LATAM expansion.

Own and scale Yaydoo payments operations: monitor transaction health, reconciliation, settlements, reduce exceptions, build reporting and controls, automate workflows, and support LATAM expansion with cross-functional coordination.

Manage and grow Paystand's ERP channel partnerships (NetSuite, Sage, Microsoft, Acumatica). Build and maintain VAR relationships, onboard and train partners, negotiate agreements, run joint marketing and co-selling programs, coordinate with sales and marketing to drive bookings, and conduct partner business reviews. Influence partnership strategy and execution while reporting to Partner Ecosystem leadership.

The Account Executive will source leads, understand client needs through discovery calls, present tailored solutions, and close high-value deals in B2B SaaS sales.

In this role, you will prospect and generate leads for Paystand's account executives, handle objections, and drive sales pipeline progression. Responsibilities include cold-calling, emailing, and building relationships with potential B2B clients.
