- The Sales Director - Mercedes Benz at Abou Ghaly Motors will lead the sales division specifically for the Mercedes Benz brand, driving sales growth, market penetration, and customer satisfaction for one of the most prestigious automotive brands in Egypt. You will be responsible for developing strategic sales plans, managing the sales team dedicated to Mercedes Benz, and ensuring the brand's representation aligns with company values and exceeds market expectations.

- Lead, mentor, and manage a dedicated sales team focused on Mercedes Benz, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Set ambitious sales targets, monitor performance metrics, and adjust strategies to achieve market share growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, dealerships, and strategic partners within the Mercedes Benz network.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, aftersales, and operations teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience and optimize sales processes.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences within the luxury automotive segment.
- Manage the sales budget for Mercedes Benz operations effectively to maximize ROI.
- Ensure compliance with brand standards and corporate policies in all sales activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 15 years of sales experience with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role, preferably within the luxury automotive sector.
- Proven track record in managing high-value automotive sales, specifically for luxury or premium brands such as Mercedes Benz.
- Deep understanding of the luxury car market in Egypt and the Gulf region.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and inspire a committed sales team.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- Experience using CRM tools for sales pipeline management and reporting.
- Ability to analyze market data and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Skills Required
