This position reports to the Vice President of Global Sales Pathology Imaging, and you will be responsible for Global Sales of the Digital Pathology portfolio, across our High Growth Markets (HGM) including APAC. In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Accelerate Digital Pathology growth by achieving and exceeding regional quarterly and annual sales targets, including strategic revenue mix, profitability, and market‑share expansion.
- Lead and develop a high‑performing sales organization through focused coaching, capability building, and a strong performance culture aligned to winning complex, value‑based Digital Pathology solutions.
- Own country‑level execution of the Digital Pathology sales funnel, partnering closely with national Digital Pathology teams and local sales organizations to maximize pipeline quality and conversion.
- Drive disciplined forecasting and deep market insight, translating commercial, competitive, and customer intelligence into targeted growth actions.
- Lead complex tenders and strategic deals while ensuring robust people management, talent development.
The essential requirements of the job include:
Demonstrated competency in all aspects of developing and driving sales strategy across diverse markets and geographies, with the ability to succeed in a Matrix organization
- Ability to solve problems. Attention to detail with strong project management, resource planning, and analytical skills
- Ability to prioritize and focus. Self-starter, highly organized: able to set up and maintain new processes within a dynamic organization. Able to learn quickly demonstrates agility, about a new clinical space and industry, identify and work with key players, leverages past learnings. - Proven track record of sustained understanding and knowledge of Healthcare Sector, introducing complex IT, workflow-changing solutions to Healthcare/Life Science customers
- + 5 years’ experience leading and developing a team
Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:
- Ability to travel – 50-70% travel, overnight within the HGM Region
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
- Clinical, Molecular, Pathology labs
