The Role:

We are looking for a motivated and goal-oriented SDR/Appointment Setter to join Blue Ocean’s team. You will play a key role in supporting our sales initiatives within the medical aesthetics industry by driving lead generation and booking qualified meetings. This role is ideal for someone who excels at building connections, engaging prospects, and exceeding targets.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Book and schedule appointments with prospective clients for the sales team.
  • Generate leads by identifying and engaging with potential clients in the medical aesthetics industry through phone, email, and social platforms.
  • Consistently meet monthly targets for qualified appointments.
  • Communicate promptly and professionally with prospects, answering questions and sharing insights on our offerings.
  • Take ownership of outreach initiatives, maintaining a proactive approach to secure appointments and build a robust pipeline.
  • Research and qualify leads, ensuring they meet Blue Ocean’s criteria for high-potential clients.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach efforts and align messaging.
  • Track all prospect interactions in the CRM, ensuring data accuracy and detailed documentation.

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years experience in sales support or appointment setting, preferably within the medical aesthetics or health industry.
  • Strong background in lead generation and prospecting techniques.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to personalize outreach efforts and build rapport.
  • Ability to work independently, demonstrate initiative, and remain self-motivated to achieve targets.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for managing schedules and tracking interactions.
  • Experience with CRM software to manage leads and document outreach efforts.
