International at our core:
About 50% of our employees are non-Japanese. In the sales, product, design, and engineering team, we use English as our common language, and throughout the company, many people are bilingual. Being an international company we know the importance of bilingualism. We offer all employees a choice between English and Japanese lessons.
- Bachelor or equivalent degree in a relevant field of study;
- Sales experience, preferably at a technology company within the APAC region;
- Experience in payments or other financial systems and thorough knowledge of the Japanese market is a plus;
- Strong communication skills (written and spoken);
- Team player who can effectively lead a project or participate as an effective team member as well as work cross-functionally with other organizations;
- Open to work across time zones with teams from all over the world;
- Fluent English is a must. Other languages are a plus!
Key responsibilities include:
- Generate new leads through online and individual research;
- Profiling strategic accounts through research of their business demand for payment solutions;
- Outreach via email/calls to the prospects;
- Collaborating with sales and marketing team members on strategic sales approach;
- Ensuring successful follow-through of the sales cycle by maintaining accurate activity and lead qualification information in the CRM tool.
- Additional one week of summer vacation in addition to your regular ones;
