- Confident using phone, email and social channels to identify, engage and convert prospective customers into qualified conversations or agreed next steps.
- Able to maintain accurate prospect, activity and opportunity data in CRM systems, supporting effective follow-up, reporting and pipeline visibility.
- Able to communicate clearly, concisely and professionally with prospects and internal stakeholders, adapting messaging to create interest and drive action.
- Able to quickly learn Cyber Security concepts and translate them into customer-relevant messaging that links services to business challenges and outcomes.
