As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will connect prospective customers with the right Staples solutions to help their businesses succeed. Working closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations, you will engage warm leads, qualify opportunities, and help build the pipeline that drives revenue growth. What you’ll be doing:
- Connect with prospective customers through warm leads generated from inbound calls and marketing campaigns.
- Prospect, qualify, and engage potential customers to identify business needs and opportunities.
- Guide qualified prospects through the early stages of the sales process.
- Process lead lists and manage opportunities through the Staples sales funnel.
- Conduct prospect research using LinkedIn and internal databases.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams.
- Utilize Salesforce and CRM tools to track customer interactions.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly SQL conversion goals.
- Apply sales techniques to overcome objections.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and continuously improve results.

- Additional customer service and sales experience in a contact center environment.
- Interest in building a long-term sales career.

The salary range represents the expected compensation for this role at the time of posting. The specific base pay may be influenced by a variety of factors to include the candidate's experience, skill set, education, business considerations, geography, and internal equity. Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay, in accordance with federal and state requirements.
