Position Summary
We are seeking a Sales Development Representative who is passionate about business development and building strong customer relationships. This role involves assessing the needs of prospective clients, understanding their evolving workplace culture, and identifying how Great Place to Work® can partner with them to strengthen trust and achieve Certification. The SDR plays a key role in expanding our customer base by converting qualified leads into clients and meeting sales targets while representing the full Great Place to Work® product suite.

The ideal candidate is an exceptional communicator with strong closing skills, capable of engaging organizations interested in Great Place to Work Certification and our Best Workplaces™ lists. The SDR is responsible for generating qualified leads, nurturing early stage opportunities, and supporting the sales pipeline for the Egypt market. Success in this role requires proactive outreach, strong relationship building abilities, and the confidence to engage HR leaders, CEOs, and senior decision makers.

The SDR will also work closely with the Managing Director – Egypt and provide daily support to both the Sales and Marketing teams to ensure smooth operations, effective coordination, and alignment across all activities.

Key Responsibilities
• Identify, research, and target potential clients across Egypt through outbound prospecting and market intelligence.
• Execute outreach activities including calls, emails, and LinkedIn engagement to generate interest and secure qualified meetings.
• Conduct discovery conversations to understand organizational needs and qualify leads based on defined criteria.
• Maintain accurate and up to date records of all interactions, insights, and activities in the CRM tool.
• Build and nurture relationships with HR leaders, executives, and decision makers across industries.
• Promote GPTW assessments, programs, and events to enhance brand visibility and engagement in the Egypt market.
• Follow up on inbound leads, marketing campaigns, and event attendees to convert interest into qualified opportunities.
• Work closely with the Managing Director – Egypt on client engagement, market development initiatives, and strategic outreach.
• Prepare weekly reports on pipeline status, outreach performance, and market insights.
• Coordinate internally to ensure consistent communication, high quality delivery, and alignment across all touchpoints.
• Share market feedback to support continuous improvement of messaging, lead generation strategies, and overall positioning.
• Provide daily operational support to the Sales and Marketing teams to ensure smooth coordination and timely execution of campaigns and client-facing activities.

Requirements
Experience Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer facing roles (preferably B2B)
• Strong communication skills in English; Arabic fluency is essential for the Egypt market
• Comfortable with outbound calling, prospecting, and engaging senior stakeholders
• Experience using CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
• High level of professionalism, resilience, and a growth driven mindset

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in HR solutions, consulting, SaaS, or employer branding services
• Familiarity with the Egyptian business landscape and HR community
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a regional team

Skills Required
