UnitPulse is building the AI layer for renting. Renters find their next home by conversation instead of scrolling listings, free for renters, with real-time pricing synced from property systems. Properties get two things from us: qualified renters who only cost anything at lease signing, and Aiden (goaiden.ai), our AI marketing team that runs a community’s entire weekly marketing; Google Business, Instagram, TikTok, ads, and AI-search visibility,  for $199/month. We’re live in nine markets including LA, Seattle and Chicago, and we’re going to market now. You’ll work directly with the founders.

What You'll Do

  • Own the supply side: build prospect lists of property-management companies and owner-operators, run outbound (email, LinkedIn, calls, industry events), and get properties onto UnitPulse.
  • Sell across the product family: open doors with “we bring you renters, you pay only at lease signing,” then attach Aiden for communities that need marketing firepower.
  • Co-build the sales playbook with the founders from scratch: ICP, messaging, sequences, demo script, CRM setup, pipeline metrics. What works becomes the system, and you write the system.
  • Use AI aggressively in everything: prospect research, personalization at scale, call prep, follow-ups. We build AI products; our sales motion should look like one. You’ll have best-in-class AI tooling and a mandate to automate your own job.
  • Own partner success early on: make sure a property’s first month with us lands, and turn early wins into case studies.

Who You Are

  • Recent grad (0–2 years) from a notable university.
  • No real-estate background needed. We’ll teach you the industry in two weeks; what we can’t teach is speed of learning.
  • AI-native: you already run your work and life through AI tools. You don’t “use ChatGPT sometimes,” you build workflows with it. You’ll be asked to show this concretely in the interview.
  • Excellent written English; comfortable on the phone and in-person.
  • Self-starting and comfortable with ambiguity. There is no playbook.
  • Fluency in Mandarin is a plus, but not required.
