What will you do everyday? 

We are looking for a Self-Starter to join our team. As an SDR, you won't just be following a script; you will be the architect of your own pipeline. This role requires a unique blend of grit to handle the "no's" and the analytical curiosity to find the "yes's" through deep prospect research.

  • Strategic Prospecting: Conduct deep-dive research on target accounts and personas to ensure touchpoints are personalized, relevant, and valuable.
  • Pipeline Ownership: Act as a self-starter by identifying new accounts and creative outreach angles without waiting for a prompt.
  • High-Velocity Outreach: Execute a multi-channel prospecting strategy (email, phone, social) with consistent daily activity. 
  • Goal Attainment: Consistently meet and exceed monthly quotas for qualified meetings and pipeline generation.
  • Data Integrity: Maintain meticulous records in the CRM, using data to track your own progress.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Gong Engage, SalesForce, Zoom Info, SalesNav, and G-Suite. Proficiency in Outreach.io or SalesLoft if you haven’t used Gong Engage. 
  • Proficiency and dedication to cold calling.
  • 3+ years prospecting complex Healthcare IT SaaS to Healthcare Executives in large Enterprise accounts.   
  • Strong track record of meeting/exceeding quota and OKRs.

In compliance with the State of California Pay Transparency Law, the OTE salary range for this role is between $90,000 - $110,000. This range is not inclusive of any discretionary bonus or equity package. When determining a candidate’s compensation, we consider a number of factors including skillset, experience, job scope, and current market data.
