Drive net-new enterprise sales for Suki Platform by prospecting strategic healthcare partners, developing C-suite and clinical stakeholder relationships, closing complex Healthcare IT SaaS opportunities, maintaining Salesforce forecasts, and translating customer needs into solutions. The role requires consultative selling, technical and clinical acumen, partnership development, extensive travel, and collaboration with marketing, product, and customer success teams.

Provide legal counsel on commercial and product matters, including drafting and negotiating technology agreements, advising on privacy and AI regulations, and supporting business strategy. Own the full contracting lifecycle and develop scalable contracting processes, playbooks, and automation. Partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and other teams to facilitate commercial growth and efficient deal execution.

Own US daytime IT operations in a follow-the-sun environment. Administer Okta, Google Workspace, SaaS applications, HR-driven onboarding and offboarding, endpoint management, and macOS/Windows device provisioning. Support SOC 2, HIPAA, and HITRUST compliance, triage security alerts, enforce endpoint policies, manage IT incidents, and coordinate MSP hardware and networking support. Monitor vendor SLAs, resolve identity and SaaS issues, and independently make technical decisions during PST hours.

Lead the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Suki’s platform products, including APIs, services, integrations, AI/ML capabilities, and developer experiences. Drive EHR interoperability, healthcare data standards, compliance, partner ecosystems, and scalable platform architecture. Partner with engineering, commercial, and executive teams on prioritization and strategy while building and leading a high-performing platform product management organization.

Own the functionality, integration, performance, and stress-testing roadmap for an AI/ML healthcare platform. Develop automated tests, frameworks, tools, and processes across web, mobile, and backend systems. Investigate testing approaches for AI/ML applications, improve coverage and automation, diagnose bugs, create test plans, refine acceptance criteria, and support the full software lifecycle. Collaborate with engineering, product, design, operations, and release teams while mentoring junior engineers and working independently.

Own execution for an engineering pod by running Agile ceremonies, maintaining accurate work tracking, reporting status and risks, and managing delivery metrics. Drive spec-driven development, improve cycle time and backlog health, and champion process, tooling, and AI-assisted productivity improvements. Partner with Product, Engineering, ML, QA, Design, and leadership to make software delivery predictable, measurable, and scalable.

Lead mobile-first test engineering: own end-to-end mobile test strategy and automation (iOS/Android), extend coverage to web and backend (REST/gRPC/GraphQL), build performance and event-driven tests, integrate suites into CI/CD, mentor engineers, drive test architecture, and apply AI/LLM tools to improve testing lifecycle.

Own Suki’s growth product strategy by defining activation, engagement, and retention metrics; analyzing funnels; building dashboards; instrumenting events; designing experiments; and translating insights into product requirements and roadmap priorities. Partner with Engineering, Data, Customer Success, Sales, and clinical stakeholders to improve clinician adoption and retention in a B2B SaaS healthcare environment.

The Senior Machine Learning Engineer will develop NLP solutions, manage datasets, optimize performance metrics, and work on ML applications for healthcare.

Lead Suki’s end-to-end demand generation strategy across customer segments and revenue streams. Build acquisition and expansion programs, refine audiences and account targeting, develop new channels, and coordinate integrated campaigns across paid, digital, content, events, ABM, and executive engagement. Partner with Sales and senior commercial leaders to connect marketing activity to pipeline and revenue. Diagnose funnel performance, run experiments, optimize investments, and establish measurement across engagement, opportunities, expansion, and revenue.
