Build and deploy customer integrations using Suki Platform APIs and SDKs. Scope customer needs, design solutions combining dictation and generative AI capabilities, estimate timelines, deploy distributed applications across on-premises and cloud environments, and guide implementations through production. Translate technical decisions for clinical, executive, and engineering stakeholders while relaying customer feedback to internal engineering and data science teams.

Manage the post-sale lifecycle for strategic platform partners, driving adoption, retention, expansion, and value realization. Coordinate API/SDK solution development with customer and internal engineering teams, lead executive business reviews, analyze performance metrics, and support partner enablement through training, collateral, and success stories. Improve customer success processes, collaborate with Marketing on engagement, and provide insights to Product. The role requires enterprise relationship management, technical understanding, and flexible scheduling across U.S. time zones.

Lead mobile-first test engineering: own end-to-end mobile test strategy and automation (iOS/Android), extend coverage to web and backend (REST/gRPC/GraphQL), build performance and event-driven tests, integrate suites into CI/CD, mentor engineers, drive test architecture, and apply AI/LLM tools to improve testing lifecycle.

Own execution for an engineering pod by running Agile ceremonies, maintaining accurate work tracking, reporting status and risks, and managing delivery metrics. Drive spec-driven development, improve cycle time and backlog health, and champion process, tooling, and AI-assisted productivity improvements. Partner with Product, Engineering, ML, QA, Design, and leadership to make software delivery predictable, measurable, and scalable.

Lead Suki’s end-to-end demand generation strategy across customer segments and revenue streams. Build acquisition and expansion programs, refine audiences and account targeting, develop new channels, and coordinate integrated campaigns across paid, digital, content, events, ABM, and executive engagement. Partner with Sales and senior commercial leaders to connect marketing activity to pipeline and revenue. Diagnose funnel performance, run experiments, optimize investments, and establish measurement across engagement, opportunities, expansion, and revenue.

Build and maintain highly scalable backend microservices in Go and Python, integrate LLM-powered features (RAG, agents, tool-calling), ensure performance and reliability, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and productionize AI capabilities with attention to latency, cost, and safety.

Build, own, and maintain scalable distributed backend services and microservices using Go and Python. Collaborate with product, design, and ops, ensure performance and uptime, write unit/integration tests, and maintain CI/CD pipelines.

Own net-new partner sales for the Suki Platform in EHR, telehealth, care management, and revenue cycle verticals. Build C-suite and clinical/IT relationships, qualify and close new logo opportunities, maintain pipeline and forecasts in Salesforce, collaborate with product/marketing/customer success, translate client needs into platform integrations, and travel extensively (40%–60%).

Drive technical integrations between Suki and health systems/EMRs: manage deployment plans, test and validate integrations, serve as client-facing technical SME, coordinate Engineering/Product/Customer Success, maintain documentation, report status, and improve integration processes to ensure on-time delivery and high client satisfaction.
