About the Role:
The Sales Development Representative (SDR) will partner with full-cycle sales
professionals at CrowdStrike to drive net new business. SDRs are enabled and
coached to master multithreaded prospecting strategies that combine direct
engagement, social selling, and nurture campaigns aimed at booking qualified meetings with C-Level decision makers. SDRs get world class sales training with a heavy focus on sales techniques with the goal of developing into quota carrying sales professionals.
This role is hybrid and will require in-office attendance twice a week
in our CrowdStrike Austin, TX offices. This will require you to be within commuting distance of the Austin TX CrowdStrike office that you will be working out of.
This is a sales role that serves as a gateway to the dynamic software sales industry. If a sales career isn't your aspiration, this may not be the right fit. What You'll Need:
- Fluency in both English and Spanish is required for this position.

What You'll Do:
- Gain SaaS sales experience by working with CrowdStrike's most experienced sellers
- Learn corporate selling strategies by running customer meetings.
- Understand the cybersecurity technology landscape through industry research and competitive selling
- Learn go-to-market strategy by collaborating with internal CrowdStrike partners to generate business opportunities
- Use the leading sales software tools to manage your book of business
- Collaborate cross-functionally with multiple teams to understand all the moving parts of an industry leader
- Accountable for driving pipeline growth across the LATAM region.
- Prospect, generate, qualify and follow up on assigned leads.
- Consistently meet or exceed all sales and outbound call metrics.
- Articulate the full range of CrowdStrike technologies, products, and services and identify how the solutions align to customer needs.

CrowdStrike, Inc. is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base salary range for this position in the U.S. is $35,000 - $70,000 per year + variable/incentive compensation + equity + benefits. A candidate's salary is determined by various factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and location.
