The Role
Pixability is seeking a qualified Sales Development Representative (SDR) whose role is to identify and source agency media team members and brand marketers that align with Pixability’s core products. Our sales organization is supported by knowledgeable and passionate individuals that are part of our Strategy & Planning, Marketing, Customer Success, Insights, and Data Science teams. Our extensive experience working with leading agencies and brands across key verticals gives our sellers access to a huge repository of insights and success stories
As the first line of communication with prospects, ideal SDRs have a strong understanding of the sales process, excelling at researching leads, starting new relationships, and partnering with the Pixability sales executives for success. You should be a quick learner with strong communication skills, and have the ability to showcase Pixability offerings in a compelling way
What You Bring
- Represent Pixability’s products and services, starting with a comprehensive understanding of how Pixability’s YouTube and CTV advertising solutions meet the needs of prospective agency and brand customers.
- Generate leads and meetings and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and finding new potential sales channels
- Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage sales executives for next steps
- Identify best practices to refine the company’s meeting generation playbook
Daily/Monthly Responsibilities
- Utilize SalesForce, email, GONG and other tools to generate meetings and new sales opportunities
- Identify prospect's needs and suggest appropriate products/services
- Build long-term trusting relationships with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities
- Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
- Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and sales executives
- Report to manager with weekly, monthly, and quarterly results
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or at least 3 years of relevant work experience
- 1-2 years of sales experience as an SDR or BDR, with a history of exceeding lead targets
- Strong communication skills via email and phone
- Proven creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills
- Strong desire and ability to move up within a sales organization
- Proficiency with SalesForce or other CRM software is preferred, but not required
- Prior experience in the ad technology industry is plus
