Job Summary

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) for our Inspection & Real Estate unit, you will be joining a Sales team focused on outbound outreach to introduce multiple software platforms that support different businesses connected to the Home Inspection Market. You will work closely with Account Executives, Sales leadership, and the marketing team in scaling sales operations. You will join a small team where you will directly input into the go-to-market strategy. 

 

What You Will Do As A Sales Development Representative

  • Develop new business via mass communication such as email, SMS, and phone to introduce our SaaS solution within the target market.

  • Support sales team on outbound strategies and lead-generating efforts.

  • Manage data for prospective clients in our CRM, ensuring all communications are logged and information is accurate.

  • Build a strong pipeline of prospective customers by sourcing potential leads and passing off qualified opportunities to the sales team.

  • Implement creative ways to engage and build rapport to maintain your book of prospects.

What You Will Bring As A Sales Development Representative

  • 1-3 years of  telemarketing and/or inside sales experience specifically with B2B 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 

  • Self-motivated, driven, and desire to succeed 

  • Ability to adapt and excel in a fast-paced work environment 

  • Prior lead generation experience 

  • Must be an excellent problem-solver and willing to collaborate 

  • Experience with Salesforce 

  • Demonstrated ability to meet and/or exceed determined activity quotas 

  • Coachable with an appetite to seek and, most importantly adapt when feedback is given 

  • The ability to work independently in an environment that changes rapidly 

  • To be adaptable and think outside the box to proactively address potential roadblocks and/or isuses 

  • Workspace: A quiet space to work, an internet connection of at least 30 Mbps download | 10 Mbps upload

  • Windows OS requirements 

  • At least Intel Core i5 6th generation with 2.0 GHz 

  • At least AMD A8 7th generation with 2.0 GHz 

  • Ryzen 5 or above with 2.0 GHz 

  • Windows 10 or above 

  • 8 GB of RAM 

Mobile 

  • Android version 7.0+ or above or iOS 13.0 or above 

  • The device must be protected with an automatic screen lock and require a passcode, FaceId, or Fingerprint to unlock
