How you'll make an impact at Personio
As a key member of our UK&I team, you'll be the first point of contact for some of the region's most exciting companies. You don't need a background in sales-just a passion for learning, strong communication skills, and the drive to make an impact. We'll provide you with all the training, mentorship, and support you need to succeed and grow quickly.
In this role, you'll research companies, craft tailored outreach, and connect with decision makers to introduce them to Personio's intelligent HR platform. You'll develop valuable business skills, gain exposure to the latest in SaaS and HR tech, and work alongside talented colleagues who are as ambitious as you are. The work you'll do:
- Prospect into strategic medium and mid-market accounts via cold call, email and social selling strategies, to achieve a monthly quota of qualified opportunities and pipeline value
- Handling typical outbound sales objections, to remove obstacles from the selling landscape and ensure that opportunities progress
- Qualifying potential value drivers and solution fit by engaging with key decision makers to discover pains and company goals
- Generate sales pipeline and develop opportunities for a team of Account Executives
- Do thorough account and industry research, to maintain and organize an annual book of business
- Be a subject matter expert on state-of-the-art HR technology and processes
- Develop and execute creative multi-threading strategies for targeting different decision-makers at prospect accounts
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) is required
- Required languages: English fluent written and spoken
- First experience in (outbound) sales, ideally within a B2B SaaS Scale-up or an early-stage company
- Competitive, curious, resilient and driven - you thrive in a fast-paced sales environment
- Proactivity, strong communication & problem-solving skills - comfortable handling objections and driving conversations
- Strong business acumen is a big plus - being able to speak the language of C-level executives
- Experience with our CRM system Salesforce is a plus
- Experience with workforce management, HR tech, or cloud solutions is a plus.
