Note: This is work from home position based out of SingaporePreference will be given to candidates based in Singapore.

Position Summary

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) will play a key role in the pipeline generation efforts for Frontline Performance Group (FPG). Your goal will be to engage target prospects using outbound prospecting strategies, build rapport, qualify, and generate interest to convert these leads into opportunities for the sales team.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound prospecting to identify potential customers via phone calls, emails, and social media channels.
  • Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities.
  • Set appointments or meetings for Business Development Directors to further discuss client needs.
  • Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities in CRM systems like SalesLoft and Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams on lead quality and conversion.
  • Attend appointment calls with leads and handle the handoff/introduction to the sales rep.
  • Develop strategies for lead management to ensure proper handling of each lead.
  • Attend sales and product training to develop proficiency in Frontline Performance Group solutions and gain domain expertise in the hospitality space.

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a Sales Development Representative, or similar role.
  • 2+ years of Outbound SDR Experience with cold calling and emailing.
  • Track record of achieving defined quotas.
  • Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques, including cold calls.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g.,Salesforce).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to deliver presentations if required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with inbound lead generation and/or inside sales.
  • Knowledge of sales performance metrics.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Experience with Salesforce and Salesloft is a huge bonus .
  • Ability to think on your feet to creatively solve customer business needs.
  • Possess exceptional and persuasive communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Comfortable with the mindset of “it isn’t winning or losing; it is winning and learning!”

Job Requirements & Core Competencies

Overview: As an SDR, you are on an OTE (On-Target Earnings) compensation plan and your role comes with specific performance expectations.

Expectations of New Hires:

  • Participate in and complete all onboarding and training modules.
  • Successfully complete/pass all sales boot camp/certifications.
  • Ensure Salesforce compliance on all activities.
  • Demonstrate progress in bookings and pipeline.
  • Hit activity goals assigned by the manager.
  • Comply with the Rules of Engagement (ROE).

Expectations of All SDRs:

  • Successfully complete all sales training assigned by the sales enablement team.
  • Maintain Salesforce compliance on all activities.
  • Continue to hit activity goals assigned by the manager.
