To further strengthen the strong market position of our Health and Medical department, we are looking for a Sales Development Manager in Estonia.

About the Role 

We operate in therapy areas of Incontinence, Wound care, Orthopedics and Vascular. Our products are sold under globally known brands such as TENA, Leukoplast, Actimove and JOBST. 

In your role as Sales Development Manager, you will be responsible for building a solid relationship to our current (and future) incontinence care / TENA clients in Estonia, ensuring the development of an effective collaboration.  

You will be responsible for researching market trends, identifying potential partners and customers, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation.  

You leverage technology and internal information systems to make data-driven decisions in the prospecting process. Your responsibilities also include promoting our brands, providing user guidance, organizing training events, implementing and monitoring customer-specific sales processes.  

In this full-time permanent role, you will work as part of the sales team and report to the Sales Manager. 

Who You Are 

You are experienced within healthcare sector and can show past success in customer and business development. In addition to Estonian language, you can also communicate in English and Russian language. 

You are result-oriented and practical, but you can also see the overall strategic picture. You have analytical skills to understand and interpret market and sales data. You can act independently but understand the power of collaboration and networks. Your interaction skills are excellent, and you are a convincing presenter. 

Work requires travel and working hours may be irregular, but you can influence the content of your calendar yourself.
