THE ROLE:
Join the Genius team powering fan engagement with smart ads, AI-driven broadcasts, epic stats, and gamified experiences.
Join our Ad Operations team as a Junior Media Buying Executive and help deliver high-performing digital campaigns for leading sports and media brands. You’ll manage programmatic media buys, optimise campaigns, and collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure world-class service.
What You’ll Do- Manage and optimise digital marketing campaigns across DSPs (Beeswax, The Trade Desk, Xandr).
- Troubleshoot technical issues, provide end-user support, and ensure smooth client communication.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Account Management, Sales, London office) to deliver seamless campaign execution.
- Analyse campaign data, adjust settings, and implement optimisations to achieve performance goals.
- Build and maintain detailed campaign plans and reporting dashboards.
- Ensure accuracy in tagging, ad-serving, and asset delivery within Connextra and related systems.
- Support continuous process improvement and assist on additional projects as assigned.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; polite and professional client interactions.
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
- Solid computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence).
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to work calmly under pressure.
- Self-motivation, organisation, and problem-solving skills with readiness to escalate issues when needed.
- Knowledge of Demand-Side Platforms and digital ad operations
- Understanding of tagging solutions, creative asset specs, and ad-serving workflows
