Position: Sales Coordinator

Job Duties/Responsibilities: -

  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers, retailers, and business opportunities across the US that align with the company's products and services.
  • Support the sales team/managers in lead generation, prospecting activities, and customer outreach initiatives.
  • Assist in onboarding customer and supplier portals while Sales Coordinator
  • Draft and manage professional email communications with prospective and existing customers to support sales and account management activities.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information, sales activities, and account records within the ERP/CRM system.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely responses to customer inquiries and requests.
  • Assist in developing and executing email marketing campaigns and social media initiatives to support sales growth and customer engagement.
  • Monitor sales performance data, prepare reports, and identify opportunities to improve customer engagement and revenue generation.
  • Prepare sales presentations, proposals, marketing collateral, and other supporting materials for the sales team. Provide administrative and operational support to the sales department to ensure efficient execution of sales activities.
  • Assist in handling incoming sales inquiries and directing them to the appropriate team members.
  • Support order processing activities and coordinate with operations, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and ad hoc sales reports, dashboards, and account performance summaries for management.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve departmental and organizational goals.

Undertake special projects and additional responsibilities as assigned by management to support business growth and evolving operational needs.

Qualifications:

  • Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency — Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Strong verbal and written communication — able to convey information clearly and professionally
  • Collaborative team mindset — communicates effectively and thrives in team‑based environments
  • Exceptional attention to detail — ensures accuracy across documentation, reporting, and customer interactions
  • Highly organized and process‑driven — able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining strong follow‑through
  • Results‑oriented approach — focused on supporting sales goals and operational efficiency
  • Recent graduates encouraged — applicants with a strong interest in sales and a willingness to learn are welcome to apply

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $45k - $55k

Location: West Chester, OH 45069

Work Location: In person
