Job Summary:
Coordinates digital orders and creative trafficking instructions for the sales team, supports general sales operations, and provides front desk coverage during office hours.
Your Hometown Stations is seeking an organized, detail-oriented Digital Sales & Office Coordinator. This role supports our sales team by coordinating digital advertising orders, processing creative trafficking instructions, and assisting with daily sales administration, while serving as the welcoming first point of contact covering the station's front desk during business hours.

Qualifications/Requirements:
* High school diploma required; 1–2 years of experience in sales support, digital media, advertising, or administrative reception preferred.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams); experience with CRM, traffic, or digital ad platforms (e.g., WideOrbit, Matrix, or Google Ad Manager) is a strong plus.
* Organization & Detail: Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy in data/order entry, and strong multitasking skills in a deadline-driven environment.
* Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong interpersonal etiquette for front-desk reception and client interactions.
* Work Style: Self-starter with a collaborative, team-first attitude who can balance structured administrative tasks with active digital workflow coordination.
