YOUR ROLE:
The Sales Coordinator position requires a proactive individual who demonstrates strong problem‑solving abilities and a commitment to operational excellence. The position will serve as a central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring efficient communication, accurate documentation, and consistent support across all sales‑related activities. The role plays a key part in maintaining smooth business operations and supporting the long‑term growth objectives of the organization.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Role requirements include maintaining sales and service data accuracy, reporting, and documentation while ensuring that customer orders are processed in a timely and precise manner. The position requires consistent management of electronic data systems, preparation of reports for internal use, and ongoing monitoring of team performance to identify opportunities for improvement. The individual in this role will also provide responsive after‑sales support, address customer feedback promptly, and track service activities associated with customer contracts. Compliance with company policies and applicable regulations is always expected.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
Must have strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with both internal and external clients.
Must be organized with regards to file storage, file folder organization, and task management.
Must have the ability to simultaneously handle a large and diverse number of projects, tasks and issues with tact, cooperation, and persistence.
Ability to prioritize work activities based upon financial impact to desired business goals.
Experience with basic project management/accounting or costing principals is desired.
Bachelor’s degree preferred, high school diploma or equivalent required, plus one to two years of related work experience, preferably within a service/sales, or technical work environment.
Must have proficient computer skills within the following applications: Advanced Microsoft Word, Excel, ACCESS, Salesforce, Desktop Publishing and Internet business application usage.
Must demonstrate the ability to perform work independently and demonstrate solid organizational and attention to detail skills.
Familiarity with Retail Link, Pulse, and Lucernex
Possess a high level of motivation, energy and strong desire to learn, succeed and thrive!
PREFERRED:
Retail experience with loss prevention, inventory intelligence or traffic insight
Familiarity with Sensormatic Solutions and Services
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide assistance to the Sales and Project Management teams.
Provide assistance in the preparation of customer proposals. Preparation of PowerPoint presentations, letters, spreadsheets, etc.
Assists in coordinating customer visits to branch or headquarters as needed.
Provide additional sales administration support, as required.
