We are seeking an experienced and proactive Sales Coordinator to serve as the primary operational and client service anchor for the Ecocoast sales team. The core mission of this role is to deliver exceptional client coordination, manage essential sales administration, and ensure the seamless execution of daily sales operations to achieve ultimate customer delight. By driving workflow efficiency, managing CRM accuracy, and coordinating live project submittals, the coordinator directly supports business expansion across regional and international markets while representing the highest standards of the Ecocoast brand.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Manage the CRM system, oversee lead delegation, and ensure strict process compliance across the sales team.
  • Execute full-cycle project coordination, which includes scheduling, logistics management, and handling client communications for live projects.
  • Provide vital administrative support for tender preparation, pre-qualifications, and technical submittals.
  • Act as a detail-oriented team player who prioritizes multitasking, efficiency, and speeding up work processes under pressure.
  • Maintain a highly client-focused approach to optimize the overall customer experience and create valuable commercial opportunities.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE


  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in administrative, sales support, or tendering roles, working alongside cross-functional international teams.
  • Previous experience working in a contracting or industrial products industry preparing complex tenders and technical submittals.
  • Must have hands-on knowledge of prequalification (PQ), vendor registration, and supplier documentation processes.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial offers, quotations, and commercial documentation.
  • High proficiency in the MS Office suite, particularly Microsoft Excel, paired with solid written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with CRM/ERP systems, preferably Pipedrive or similar platform.
  • Experience in order processing, sales reporting, and pipeline management.
  • Expected to achieve targets related to timely client response rates, precise Pipedrive process compliance, and on-time tender submissions.
  • Required to meet critical delivery schedules while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction metrics, such as the Net Promoter Score.
