Job purpose: This role is focused on handling Dealer Channel Sales (Nissan, Infiniti and Renault) and Dealer management with continuous expansion of Dealer sales segment
Job responsibilities:
- Achieving Monthly Sales Target.
- Maximize profitability and minimize losses.
- Execute plans and take corrective actions.
- Provide opportunities to the team to improve their skills.
- Regularly contacting existing and new customers via email, phone and social media.
- Making regular market visits for new enquiries and customer acquisitions.
- Sending follow up and introductory emails to existing and new customers.
- Providing end-to-end service to the customers from enquiry level to delivery.
- Coordinating with PDI, Logistics and Shipping companies to ensure the smooth delivery of vehicles
- Ensure strict compliance with company SOP and GIA recommendations.
- Ensuring documentation as per the requirements for Customs Duty and VAT claim
- Updating of lead, customer details in Salesforce and processing the orders
- Coordination with GIT, Logistics, Finance and other internal teams.
- Collecting the market/competitor’s information for internal updates.
- Visiting markets on regular basis to study and collect data for infringement activity and provide report.
- Prepare and share monthly market reports to the Head of the Department.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor degree / Diploma / any relevant qualification
Work Experience
- 5+ years’ experience in Customs clearance and freight forwarding services

- Strong communication skills
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to quickly adapt to changing environments.
