Supports the growth strategy for the CEE Automotive business by providing sales reporting, business analysis, customer support, and project coordination. Works closely with the Sales Director and Sales Team to drive performance, improve processes, and strengthen customer relationships.
- Support sales activities and growth initiatives.
- Prepare and analyze sales performance reports and key KPIs.
- Coordinate promotions with Sales and Marketing teams.
- Manage relationships with distributors and end-users.
- Support product trials, quality issues, recalls, and customer onboarding.
- Monitor customer contracts, rebates, bonuses, and sales targets.
- Maintain CRM/Salesforce data and customer records.
- Organize sales seminars, training events, and marketing support activities.
- Track ROI and provide business support for new processes and procedures.
- Assist customers with order tracking and ongoing communications.
- Degree in Marketing, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3–5 years of sales support, sales coordination, or customer service experience.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Experience working with customers and cross-functional teams.
- Excellent English language skills.
