Logan Services is seeking a customer-focused Sales Coordinator to help convert incoming customer inquiries into scheduled in-home sales appointments. As a key member of our Sales Support team, you'll serve as the first point of contact for many customers, creating exceptional first impressions while supporting our Comfort Advisors and sales team.

As a Sales Coordinator, you'll help convert customer inquiries into scheduled in-home sales consultations while delivering an exceptional customer experience throughout every interaction.
Responsibilities- Answer inbound customer calls with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Schedule, confirm, and reschedule in-home sales appointments
- Follow up with customer leads to maximize appointment conversion
- Build rapport with homeowners while identifying their scheduling needs
- Maintain accurate customer information within CRM and scheduling systems
- Communicate with customers by phone, email, and text message
- Coordinate schedules with Comfort Advisors and the Sales team
- Partner with Customer Service, Dispatch, Marketing, and Sales to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Meet individual and team booking, scheduling, and customer satisfaction goals
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to multitask while navigating multiple computer systems
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Positive attitude with a team-first mindset
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Experience in customer service, inside sales, appointment scheduling, call center, sales support, administrative support, or customer success
