- Develop and maintain KPI (key performance indicators) reports, including sales and margin forecasts, and monitor inventory movement to support data-driven decision-making.
- Create, manage, and continuously improve the sales opportunity tracking process to measure performance and success.
- Support customer RFQs by coordinating with potential customers, sales, and procurement to ensure accurate and timely responses.
- Maintain and update Salesforce data, account records, and sales reporting to ensure accuracy and visibility.
- Act as the primary point of contact for tracking and communicating national account performance and successes to cross-functional departments.
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales coordination, administrative support, or customer service preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of RFQs, KPIs, and sales reports preferred.
- Experience in the packaging distribution industry is a plus.
