This is an 18- month contract position.
As a Sales Coordinator, you will manage short-term inventory and equipment requests that support surgical procedures, product evaluations, and customer demonstrations. This role combines inventory coordination, logistics, order management, and customer support to ensure field teams have timely access to the products and equipment they need.
What You Will Do
Coordinate requests for implants, instruments, disposable products, and demonstration equipment from sales representatives for surgeries, evaluations, and trials.
Enter and maintain accurate equipment and inventory records in the enterprise resource planning (ERP) system to support on-time delivery and asset tracking.
Manage scheduling for short-term consignment and trial equipment, communicating shipment details to distribution and fulfillment teams.
Research inventory availability and determine appropriate solutions to fulfill equipment requests and resolve order issues.
Coordinate the shipment, return, retrieval, invoicing, and movement of inventory and demonstration assets in the field.
Monitor and maintain accurate records of inventory, loaner equipment, and field assets, including follow-up on overdue returns.
Respond to urgent equipment and shipment needs, including time-sensitive surgery support requests.
Educate sales teams on trial and short-term inventory processes and provide guidance on equipment availability, logistics, and pricing requests.
What You Will Need
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Life Sciences, Business, or a related field; OR minimum 6 years of equivalent work experience will be considered in lieu of degree
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting a commercial sales organization
Experience supporting the medical device, healthcare, or hospital industry
Experience working with Oracle or similar ERP systems
Knowledge of supply chain, logistics, inventory management, or operations processes
Experience using Microsoft Excel for data tracking and reporting
Canada Pay Ranges:
- Canada: $59,600 - $79,450 CAD Annual
