The Opportunity
Commercial payments represent approximately 100 trillion dollars in annual payment flows globally and remain one of the largest opportunities for digitization in financial services.
The VP, Head of Corporate Solutions Product Management, EEMEA will lead the regional Product Management team and translate Mastercard global strategy into regional priorities that drive revenue, payment volume, market share and sustainable growth.
The role combines product strategy, P and L ownership, customer engagement, people leadership and commercial execution.
Role Purpose
Lead Corporate Solutions Product Management across EEMEA with responsibility for the strategy, commercialization and performance of the regional portfolio.
The portfolio includes Travel and Entertainment, Corporate and Purchasing Cards, Virtual Cards, Procurement, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, B2B Acceptance, Corporate and Government solutions and emerging commercial payment use cases.
The role will engage financial institutions, corporates, governments, travel platforms, fintechs, ERP providers and other ecosystem partners.
Key Responsibilities
• Own the EEMEA Corporate Solutions Product strategy across markets, products, customers and payment flows
• Deliver regional revenue, volume, profitability and market share objectives
• Manage the regional product P and L and associated performance metrics
• Translate global Corporate Solutions strategy into regional and country execution plans
• Identify and scale new payment flows across travel, procurement, payables, receivables and B2B acceptance
• Lead regional commercialization of global products and capabilities
• Identify regional product gaps and influence global product roadmaps and investment priorities
• Drive product lifecycle management from proposition development through launch and scaled adoption
• Increase penetration and usage across existing issuing, corporate and government portfolios
• Accelerate B2B acceptance and supplier enablement
• Develop strategic partnerships with travel platforms, fintechs, ERP providers, procurement platforms and technology partners
• Partner with sales teams to win new financial institution, corporate and government opportunities
• Act as a senior product leader with key customers across EEMEA
• Represent EEMEA product requirements within global Corporate Solutions forums
• Lead, develop and inspire the regional Product Management team
• Build strong collaboration across product, sales, acceptance, partnerships and market teams
• Manage product, operational, regulatory and commercial risks
• Provide clear business performance reporting and recommendations to regional and global leadership
Experience and Capabilities
• Significant leadership experience in commercial payments, transaction banking, B2B payments, product management or financial services
• Experience leading a regional or multi market product portfolio
• Strong understanding of B2B payments, issuing, acquiring, acceptance and corporate payment processes
• Experience across travel, procurement, accounts payable, accounts receivable, virtual cards or commercial acceptance preferred
• Demonstrated P and L ownership and strong commercial judgement
• Strong product management capability across strategy, development, commercialization and lifecycle management
• Experience identifying new payment flows and scaling new products
• Strong understanding of digital payments and emerging technologies
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders across complex global and regional organizations
• Strong customer engagement, communication and presentation skills
• Proven people leadership and experience building high performing teams
• Ability to operate effectively across multiple markets, cultures and regulatory environments
• Bachelor degree required. Master degree or equivalent advanced qualification preferred.

The successful candidate will combine strategic product leadership with strong commercial execution and will connect product, sales, acceptance, partnerships and global capabilities around a common EEMEA growth agenda.
Success will be measured by the ability to scale differentiated solutions and convert Mastercard capabilities into sustained revenue, payment volume and market share growth.
