About the role

We're looking for a motivated and curious Sales & Client Services Intern to join our Sydney team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to kick-start a career in digital advertising, media or technology.

Working across both our Sales and Client Services teams, you'll gain hands-on experience supporting the entire client journey — from developing media proposals and preparing sales materials through to campaign execution, reporting and client servicing.

You’ll collaborate with experienced commercial and Client Services professionals, gaining exposure to some of Australia's leading brands and agencies while developing valuable skills across sales, account management, campaign delivery and digital advertising.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, innovative environment and wants to gain hands-on experience in sales, client management, and digital advertising.

What you will be doingSales Support
  • Assist the Sales team in managing a portfolio of agency and advertiser relationships.
  • Prepare media plans, proposals and campaign recommendations.
  • Support the creation of presentations, sales materials and market insights.
  • Help maintain CRM records and sales administration.
  • Research clients, industries and advertising trends to identify new opportunities.
  • Support Quarterly Business Reviews and client meetings where appropriate.
Client Services & Campaign Support
  • Assist with campaign setup and launch preparation alongside the Client Services and Operations teams.
  • Coordinate creative assets and campaign requirements to ensure campaigns launch smoothly.
  • Monitor campaign delivery and performance, escalating issues where required.
  • Produce campaign reports and assist in analysing performance against client objectives.
  • Support post-campaign reporting and presentation preparation.
  • Work closely with Sales, Ad Operations and Client Services teams to ensure an excellent client experience.
Client Relationships
  • Help maintain responsive communication with clients throughout campaigns.
  • Participate in client meetings, learning how to manage expectations and build long-term relationships.
  • Capture client feedback and share insights with internal teams.
  • Support renewal and rebooking opportunities by identifying campaign successes and client needs.
Learning & Development
  • Develop an understanding of Ogury's products, audience solutions and advertising technology.
  • Learn key digital advertising metrics including CPM, CTR, Viewability, Completion Rate and Brand Lift.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, programmatic advertising and the evolving media landscape.
What you will bring to Ogury
  • Currently studying (or recently completed) Business, Marketing, Advertising, Media, Communications or a related discipline.
  • Passion for advertising, media, technology and digital innovation.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Comfortable working with numbers and analysing data.
  • Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel skills.
  • Fluent English.
  • Exposure to digital advertising or programmatic media is advantageous but not essential.
