We are seeking motivated and talented Sales personnel to join our team and promote our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software solutions to potential clients. The successful candidate(s) will play a crucial role in driving revenue and expanding our customer base in the ERP software industry.

Responsibilities:

· Identify and engage with potential customers through various lead generation strategies such as cold calling, networking, attending industry conferences and others relevant means.

· Conduct thorough research on prospective clients, understand their business needs, and present our ERP software solutions as viable solutions to their problems.

· Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with prospects, earning their trust and confidence in our products.

· Deliver compelling sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our ERP software, effectively addressing prospect concerns and objections.

· Collaborate with the team and technical experts to develop customized proposals and quotes that align with customer requirements.

· Negotiate and close sales agreements while adhering to company pricing and contractual policies.

· Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to remain competitive and establish yourself as a subject matter expert.

· Achieve sales targets and performance objectives, regularly reporting on sales activities, pipeline status, and forecasts.



Requirements

· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

· Proven track record of success in B2B sales with minimum of three years’ experience ideally working with enterprise software solutions or technology-related products is a MUST.

· Strong understanding of ERP software concepts (SaaS, IaaS, and PaaS) functionalities, and benefits to effectively communicate and demonstrate value to potential customers.

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport, negotiate, and influence decision-makers.

· Results-driven mindset with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

· Highly organized and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and efficiently manage time and priorities.

· Knowledgeable in using CRM software to track and manage sales activities.
