Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage with potential customers through various lead
generation strategies such as cold calling, networking, attending industry
conferences and other relevant means within your assigned territory.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers
at prospective client companies.
- Conduct thorough research on prospective clients, understand their
business needs, and present our ERP software solutions as viable solutions to
their problems.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations using PowerPoint,
effectively communicating the value proposition of our ERP software solutions.
- Understand client needs and challenges to tailor solutions that
meet their specific requirements.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, achieving and exceeding assigned
sales targets.
- Deliver
compelling sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and
benefits of our ERP software, effectively addressing prospect concerns and
objections.
- Collaborate with the team and technical experts to develop
customized proposals and quotes that align with customer requirements ensuring
accuracy and adherence to company policies.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and
emerging technologies to remain competitive and establish yourself as a subject
matter expert.
- Achieve sales targets and performance objectives, regularly
reporting on sales activities, pipeline status, and forecasts.
- Maintain and update CRM records with accurate customer information
and sales activity data.
- Track and report on sales performance metrics, providing valuable
insights to the sales leadership team.
- Collaborate with colleagues in marketing, pre-sales, and
implementation to ensure a smooth customer journey.
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the ERP software industry.
Strong understanding of ERP software concepts (SaaS, IaaS, and PaaS)will be preferred
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue growth.
In-depth knowledge of ERP software functionalities and their applications across various industries.
Excellent understanding of the sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to build rapport and trust with clients at all levels.
Highly motivated, self-directed, and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Skilled in creating clear, concise, and well-formatted business documents (e.g., proposals, reports, presentations)
