WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?- The Sales Assistant provides administrative and operational support for Velocity’s sales force
- Coordinate inbound and outbound order process
- Coordinate Nonconforming Material process
- Enter, modify, and maintain requirements and order information in Velocity’s ERP
• Coordinate with purchasing team on behalf of salesperson at times
• Coordinate with Inspection and Distribution Center to resolve order issues and ensure orders are shipped on time
• Process sales and purchase orders and manage open order report
• Data entry, BP entry and uploading lists
• Order changes and problem resolution
• Create service orders and request service and testing quotes
• Create RMA’s and link orders
• Stock allocations, lot assignments and product records
Preferred skills & experience
- Diploma and above
- 1+ years of office or sales experience
- Familiar with complex ERP systems, basic knowledge in MS Excel.
