Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to join our team. This role is vital in supporting the sales department by managing administrative tasks, ensuring smooth sales operations, and assisting in customer interactions. The ideal candidate will possess strong reasoning skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in Excel. Familiarity with Pipedrive and Dodge Construction is a plus.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist the sales team in preparing reports, tracking performance metrics, and maintaining records.
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel for data analysis, creating spreadsheets, and generating sales reports.
  • Conduct research on potential clients, projects, and market trends using Dodge Construction.
  • Maintain and update customer relationship management (CRM) systems such as Pipedrive.
  • Support client communications by responding to inquiries and coordinating follow-ups.
  • Ensure organized documentation of sales transactions, contracts, and relevant materials.
  • Collaborate with other departments to streamline sales processes.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in a sales support role or administrative position.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization.
  • Experience using Pipedrive or other CRM systems is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Dodge Construction or familiarity with the construction industry is an advantage.
