Manage a portfolio of key customer accounts in Austria, build strategic relationships, hit monthly/quarterly gross profit targets, ensure ERP/CRM data accuracy, resolve customer issues, and produce sales and performance reports.

Manage and expand supplier relationships (particularly in China), qualify and evaluate supplier performance, authenticity, and readiness; support Purchasing by sourcing within independent electronic components distribution; collaborate with Quality and Operations; ensure compliance and maintain supplier data and metrics in VIS.

Manage key customer accounts in Germany to drive sustainable growth by identifying opportunities, building strategic partnerships, leading vendor approvals, supporting account managers, conducting market analysis, preparing performance and travel reports, and representing the company culture and value proposition to customers.

Manage and grow key customer accounts in Hungary by identifying opportunities, building strategic partnerships, supporting account managers, negotiating vendor status, conducting market analysis, delivering sales forecasts and performance reports, and representing the company on client visits.

Manage a portfolio of key accounts across Scandinavia/Baltics by building strategic customer relationships, aligning customer needs with global sales and purchasing strategies, ensuring ERP/CRM data integrity, meeting monthly and quarterly gross profit targets, responding to customer needs, maintaining sales documentation, and producing periodic performance reports.

Lead accounting and finance operations including US GAAP reporting, audit and tax compliance, cash management, budgeting and forecasting, internal controls, ERP/process improvements, and talent development to support strategic financial objectives.

Lead the Quality and Operations team to ensure compliance with customer standards and address quality concerns in semiconductor components.
