Job Summary
Sales Analyst role will report to the Manager of Sales Reporting & Analysis. The Sales Analyst role is to support the North American Sales Division's sales reporting and analysis.
Essential Functions

Generate daily, weekly and monthly sales reports, reporting on key business metrics

Update, input and monitor systems and data entry procedures to ensure data integrity

Provide sales support including researching sales data inquiries and discrepancies

Support sales projects including data mining, data analysis, reporting and developing presentation materials

Work with sales operations team and MIS teams to create new automated reports in Crystal, Oracle BI and Tableau
-
Support development and maintenance of various sales analytics reports and dashboards

Provide operational support, analysis and reporting to forecast and plan and related metrics

Assist in the preparation of the monthly and quarterly staff meeting presentations

Support development and deployment of the annual sales quotas and incentive plans

Onboard new hires, providing related reports and training as needed

Participates in ad-hoc reporting, initiatives and analysis as assigned
Required/Preferred Education and Experience

Minimum 2 year's college education required
-
Bachelor's degree in Business or related fields or equivalent work experience is preferred
-
5+ years in a similar position, ideally within sales operations, customer service and/or Finance is required

Proficient in Microsoft Office, Crystal and Oracle ERP, including advanced Excel Skills

Familiarity with business intelligence systems (OBIEE) and/or Tableau is a plus
