Sales Analytics Partner III (EMEA)

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical and collaborative professional to join our Sales & Revenue Operations team as a Sales Analytics Partner III (Sales Analyst). In this strategic role, you will support the EMEA META (Middle East & Africa) Sales Organization, delivering actionable insights, driving sales performance, and supporting data-driven decision-making. You will also leverage internal and external data sources to provide analysis on market trends, regulations, data sovereignty, and compliance requirements relevant to the region.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Analytics & Reporting

  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track sales performance, pipeline health, and key business metrics.
  • Analyze sales trends and regional performance data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Incorporate external market, regulatory, and economic factors into reporting and strategic analysis.

Territory Planning & Performance Optimization

  • Support territory design and optimization using customer, market, and performance data.
  • Partner with sales leadership on quota planning, target setting, and revenue forecasting.
  • Identify performance gaps and recommend data-driven solutions to improve sales effectiveness.

Regulatory & Market Intelligence

  • Provide analysis on EMEA-specific regulations and frameworks, including GDPR, DORA, NIS2, data localization, and data sovereignty requirements.
  • Ensure reporting methodologies align with both global standards and regional compliance needs.

Data Governance

  • Maintain data accuracy and integrity across CRM, planning, and reporting systems.
  • Develop efficient reporting processes that support business and compliance requirements.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Sales, Finance, Marketing, and other stakeholders to support strategic initiatives and growth objectives.
  • Deliver executive-level insights to support territory planning, forecasting, and revenue growth strategies.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Strong analytical skills with experience working with large datasets and developing actionable business insights.
  • Advanced proficiency in Tableau (or similar BI tools) and Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience with Salesforce and sales operations processes, including forecasting, quota setting, and performance management.
  • Knowledge of EMEA regulatory and compliance requirements, including GDPR and data sovereignty considerations.
  • Ability to synthesize complex data into clear recommendations for senior stakeholders.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Experience leveraging external data sources to support market and business analysis.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Analytics, Revenue Operations, or Financial Analysis.
  • Experience supporting Enterprise Sales organizations, preferably within the technology sector.
  • Exposure to EMEA markets and cross-functional collaboration in a global environment is highly desirable.
