Key Responsibilities
CRM Management
- Maintain high-quality CRM data across all assigned Sales Managers.
- Ensure opportunities are updated daily and reflect the correct sales stage.
- Verify that mandatory CRM fields are completed accurately.
- Monitor pipeline hygiene and identify missing or outdated information.
- Follow up with Sales Managers to ensure CRM compliance.
- Track opportunities moving through the sales pipeline.
- Ensure required documentation is completed before each stage progresses.
- Monitor handovers between Sales and Account Management.
- Follow up on outstanding actions and internal deadlines.
- Help prepare customer information before meetings when required.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.
- Track KPIs and sales activity.
- Assist management with pipeline reviews and forecasting.
- Ensure customer documentation is organised and accessible.
- Support meeting preparation with reports and relevant data.
- Coordinate with Legal, Finance, Product, Account Management and Integration teams
- when administrative actions are required.
- Follow up internally to ensure agreed actions are completed.
- Escalate delays or missing information where appropriate.
- Identify recurring administrative bottlenecks.
- Suggest improvements to CRM usage and internal workflows.
- Help maintain documentation, templates, and process guidelines.
- Use and operate AI tools to analyse sales and operational data, draw actionable
- conclusions, and continuously improve processes and results.

- Previous experience working with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, Pipedrive or similar).
- Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills.
- Practical experience using AI tools for data analysis, insight generation, and process improvement.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- High attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently while supporting a distributed international sales team.
- Comfortable working across different time zones.

- Experience within iGaming, SaaS, software, or B2B technology.
- Experience supporting international sales teams.
- Familiarity with sales pipelines and forecasting.
- Experience producing management reports and KPI dashboards.
