Maintain CRM data quality and pipeline hygiene, prepare weekly/monthly sales reports and KPIs, track opportunities and documentation, coordinate cross-functional actions (Legal, Finance, Product, Account Management), support forecasting and meeting prep, and use AI tools to analyze sales data and improve processes.
