Design polished UI/UX for mobile and web games and applications, including user flows, wireframes, prototypes, visual interfaces, game systems, design systems, and reusable components. Create and refine visual assets, prepare designs for development, review implementations, and maintain consistency across responsive layouts. Use AI tools for visual exploration and asset generation, manually refining outputs to production quality. Work independently, explain design decisions, and propose multiple solutions.

Design, develop, and maintain scalable Node.js backend services, REST and gRPC APIs, and microservices. Optimize performance, reliability, and asynchronous event-driven systems while working with containers, orchestration, and CI/CD pipelines. Monitor production applications, troubleshoot issues, review code, translate business requirements into technical solutions, and contribute to sprint planning and technical discussions.

Designs and validates mathematical models for slot, crash, and instant-win games, including RTP, volatility, paytables, multipliers, jackpots, and house edge. Builds Monte Carlo simulations, analyzes live game performance, verifies RNG and outcome implementations, supports certification with regulators and testing labs, and resolves production issues involving payouts, rounding, and statistical accuracy. Collaborates with Engineering, Design, Legal, Compliance, and QA.

Maintain and improve production infrastructure reliability, availability, and performance. Monitor cloud systems, troubleshoot incidents, perform RCA, automate with Terraform and scripting, manage AWS (ECS Fargate) and Kubernetes (EKS), maintain CI/CD, enhance observability, participate in on-call rotations, and optimize cost, security, and operational efficiency while collaborating with development teams.

Manage and maintain integrations between the payments platform and third-party services (banks, PSPs, merchants). Own API-based integrations, documentation, monitoring, incident management, and cross-functional coordination to ensure stable, optimized payment flows.

Act as primary commercial contact for iGaming partners, build trusted relationships, drive GGR and portfolio growth through performance monitoring, upsells, launches, marketing campaigns, QBRs and product training; collaborate with Product and Support to resolve requests and deliver strategic recommendations and insights.

Drive B2B sales across iGaming operators, aggregators, and platforms in emerging markets. Build pipeline, negotiate contracts, align offerings with compliance, collaborate cross-functionally, report forecasts, and represent the company at industry events.
