Responsibilities of the Executive Assistant:
Your responsibilities include:

Cold Calling:Β 

  • Conduct cold calling to reach out to potential clients.
  • Manage a list of 6000 contractors in Arizona for targeted outreach.
  • Convert cold leads into warm leads through effective communication.
  • Develop needs assessments to understand client requirements.
  • Create proposals and value propositions to showcase services.

Administrative Support:Β 

  • Handle procurement tasks related to sales and appointments.
  • Perform administrative tasks related to sales and appointments.
  • Follow up with leads to maintain engagement and interest.

Calendar Management:Β 

  • Schedule and manage in-person appointments with clients.
  • Arrange virtual appointments and conduct client follow-ups.
  • Take meeting notes to track discussions and action items.

Other Tasks:Β 

  • Transform mundane tasks into gold, supporting the business's growth with your magical touch.
