This person will partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Application Engineering, Solutions Consulting, and other cross-functional stakeholders to design, implement, and continuously improve tools, processes, and programs that enable the sales organization to work smarter and faster.
This is a unique opportunity to help shape a new function and contribute to programs that will have direct impact on sales productivity, pipeline creation, and commercial execution.
Key Responsibilities

- Help deploy automation, AI-enabled tools, and data-driven solutions that reduce manual work and improve speed to action.
- Support the rollout and adoption of tools and workflows such as intent data, contact data, and account intelligence solutions.
- Contribute to the development of seller-facing playbooks, enablement materials, and workflow-based adoption efforts.
- Assist in gathering, organizing, and centralizing data needed to support continuous improvement and program governance.
- Help facilitate voice-of-sales feedback loops and capture seller pain points to inform prioritization of improvement opportunities.
- Support the creation of dashboards, reporting, and program tracking to measure impact and progress.
- Contribute to strategic account support efforts, including account intelligence, stakeholder mapping, and proactive pipeline development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- 2–4 years of experience in sales operations, sales enablement, marketing operations, business operations, process improvement, or a related field.
- Experience working in or alongside sales and/or marketing organizations is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze processes, identify inefficiencies, and support improvement initiatives.
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work across functions and levels of the organization.
- Comfortable working with data, tools, and process documentation.
- Interest in automation, AI, workflow design, and continuous improvement.
- Experience with lean principles, Kaizen, or structured problem-solving methodologies is preferred
- Strong communication and project coordination skills.
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Attributes
- Curious, proactive, and resourceful
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and helping build new programs from the ground up
- Bias for action and continuous improvement
- Strong customer service mindset toward internal stakeholders
- Analytical and detail-oriented, with the ability to connect process improvements to business outcomes
