Job Description

  • Identify existing and new opportunities from assigned customer base/region.
  • Identify potential customers from regional customers, and to develop partnership with customers to design in and cross-selling
  • Focus on local demand creation business, and excel Renesas products cross-selling to all customers; also to co-work with Global Account Manager (GAM) to assist local OEM/EMS business moves smoothly
  • Work with Renesas BU and marketing teams to setup good strategies for customers, to sell suitable products, define competitive price roadmap, and secure supply to support customers
  • Build relationship with assigned Distribution PM, Sales, FAE and even management level, cooperate with them to sell more Renesas products to regional customers
  • Be an interface to bridge Renesas resources to Distribution to help business moves on
  • Develop and implement programs and plans that optimize Renesas’s core strategy of Operational Excellence
  • Group application mapping from long tail customers to consolidate Renesas resource and to maximize ROI from specific target application

Qualifications

  • 1-to-3-year experience in Semiconductor Sales, in particular sales of MCU or MPU
  • Experience with particular channel partner is highly preferred (work for or manage distributors at another semiconductor supplier).
  • Customer service oriented
  • Good communication skills - verbal and written
