Job Description

Maintains responsibility for one or more named accounts or an entire named territory. Convert new accounts (hunting) and/ or manage existing accounts (farming). Responsible to grow business through up-sell and cross-sell activities across the Agilent portfolio of products. More than 50% of time spent with customers engaging across the sales process. Coordinates Product/Market Specialists and Pre-Sales AE/ FAS/TSS and other functions needed to support sales activities and provide technical expertise. Ensures customers are satisfied with service and support and builds strong relationships within accounts. [Specialty focused Account Managers should leverage this role].
Engagement in sales cycle: Opportunity Development, Solution Development, Negotiation & Close, Onboard & Implementation, Relationship Management.
Accountabilities: Generate revenue through new and existing accounts, Generate a healthy funnel opportunities, Balanced performance across product lines, Customer satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent.
Post-graduate, certification and/or license may be required.
Typically, at least 4+ years relevant experience for entry into this level.
