About the opportunity:In this Sales Account Manager,Molecular Diagnostics and Life Science role, you contribute directly to QIAGEN’s growth strategy in Poland by managing and expanding key customer relationships in the clinical diagnostic laboratory and life science markets. Acting as a trusted partner to your customers, you combine scientific understanding with commercial excellence to grow existing business while actively developing new opportunities across your assigned region.
Sales regions:
- Lesser Poland Voivodeship (Krakow)
- Silesian Voivodeship (Katowice)
- Manage and develop long‑term relationships with existing customers in the clinical diagnostics and life science segments.
- Actively acquire new customers while expanding the product portfolio with existing accounts (approx. 30% new business / 70% base business growth).
- Drive territory performance by achieving sales targets and contributing to overall budget responsibility.
- Provide high‑quality scientific, technical, and application‑oriented support in close collaboration with internal teams.
- Lead customer meetings, product presentations, and commercial negotiations, including tender and pricing discussions.
- Build and execute sales strategies for key product lines while monitoring market and competitor activities.
- Maintain accurate reporting and forecasting in line with QIAGEN standards.
- University degree in biotechnology, biology, chemistry, or a related life science field.
- Several years of successful sales experience in clinical diagnostics or molecular biology–related markets.
- Hands‑on laboratory or application experience in molecular biology or clinical diagnostics is a strong advantage.
- Confident communication skills in Polish and English, both written and spoken.
- Strong commercial mindset with the ability to work independently and manage a large territory effectively.
- High ethical standards, customer focus, and the ability to build trust‑based relationships.
- Valid category B driving license and readiness for frequent travel within the assigned region.
