Gather, validate, and analyze compensation data across pharmaceutical-specific job families and seniority levels
Conduct salary bench-marking for key roles across Sales & Marketing, Medical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Finance, and Corporate Functions
Develop and recommend competitive salary structures, pay bands, grading frameworks, and incentive models aligned with pharmaceutical industry benchmarks
Assess internal equity, role alignment, and external market competitiveness of existing compensation frameworks
Interpret compensation trends within the Sri Lankan pharmaceutical and life sciences market, including critical and scarce skills
Ensure alignment with local labor regulations, statutory requirements, and compliance standards
Prepare clear, data-driven reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior client stakeholders
Maintain strict confidentiality, data integrity, and ethical handling of sensitive compensation data
Deliver agreed project milestones and outputs within defined timelines.
Requirements
- Proven experience in compensation bench-marking, total rewards, HR analytics, or rewards consulting.
- Prior exposure to pharmaceuticals, life sciences, or healthcare environments is strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of the Sri Lankan labor market and pharmaceutical compensation practices.
- Ability to work independently in a freelance, project-based consulting environment.
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Professional certification (CIPD, SHRM, HRCI, WorldatWork, or equivalent) is an added advantage.
