Roles and Responsibilities:
In this role you will
Architect Scalable SaaS Solutions: Lead the design and development of technical architectures for SaaS implementations, across enterprise platforms such as Oracle Fusion, Salesforce (SFDC), Oracle E-Business Suite, web applications, and cloud environments.
Drive Strategic Technical Direction: Engage in technical and business discussions to shape the future architectural roadmap, ensuring alignment with enterprise goals.
Translate Business Needs into Solutions: Collaborate with Product Leaders, IT Architects, and SaaS application teams to convert business requirements into robust, scalable technical solutions.
Integrations: Exposure to integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), APIs, and web services (SOAP/REST), ensuring performance, reliability, and maintainability.
Oversee Full Development Lifecycle: Manage the end-to-end software development process—from requirements gathering through deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
Ensure Compliance and Best Practices: Align solutions with industry standards, compliance mandates, and internal enterprise architecture frameworks, particularly for Software Subscription models.
Establish Data Governance: Define and enforce governance models for data management, including security, error handling, monitoring, and logging.
Align with Enterprise Strategy: Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture and Governance teams to ensure consistency with broader IT initiatives.
Vendor Collaboration: Partner with software vendors to enhance integration frameworks and drive continuous improvement.
Provide Technical Leadership: Offer guidance and mentorship to development teams and external partners in implementing integration and architectural best practices.
Education Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or in “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) or related field (Master's degree preferred).
Overall 12+ Years of experience with at least 4+ years of experience as a Architect in Enterprise Solution Design.
Proven track record of architecting and delivering complex solution across Enterprise applications using Oracle cloud / SFDC / AWS Cloud platforms with a strong emphasis on cloud-based architectures.
Strategic mindset with a demonstrated ability to think critically, anticipate market trends, and develop innovative solutions that drive business growth and competitive differentiation.
- Strong understanding of subscription management principles, billing processes, revenue recognition standards, and industry best practices.
Desired Skills:
Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
Effective and inclusive facilitator with exceptional soft and interpersonal skills, including teamwork, facilitation and negotiation that can influence stakeholders and build consensus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, combined with a passion for improving patient care and clinical research.
Proven ability to lead and mentor technical team.
